ANALYSIS OF WAYS TO SECURELY STORE AND SHARE HEALTH DATA IN A BLOCKCHAIN ENVIRONMENT

Abstract

It is a very exciting time for health care and information technology (IT). Due to improvements in genetic research and the advancement of precision medicine, health care is witnessing an innovative approach to disease prevention and treatment that incorporates an individual patient’s genetic makeup, lifestyle and environment. Simultaneously, IT advancement has produced large databases of health information, provided tools to track health data and engaged individuals more in their own health care. Combining these advancements in health care and information technology would foster transformative change in the field of health IT. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 7, 2018 No PF-5590 "On comprehensive measures to radically improve the health care system of the Republic of Uzbekistan": primary, urgent, urgent and specialized medical care provided to the population through the introduction of medical care to the population, the widespread introduction of information technology, telemedicine, clinical protocols of treatment and the transfer of experience of leading foreign and local specialists to medical staff of regional medical organizations increase the level of convenience and speed, as well as increase the volume and improve the quality of medical services provided by specialized medical centers in the regions[1].
